The growing range of Arima’s chromatin conformation solutions is proving instrumental in transforming the use of Hi-C technology to discover 3D chromatin interactions. Both sequence and structure are necessary; uncovering 3D chromatin interactions has proven powerful in a wide range of applications: developmental biology, neuroscience, and oncology research to name a few.
