Associates of Cape Cod (ACC), a global biopharmaceutical company, was the first company licensed by the FDA to manufacture LAL for use as a quality control test for endotoxin in the pharmaceutical and medical device markets. ACC also operates a Contract Testing Service laboratory specializing in endotoxin and glucan contamination.
