Kaneka Pharma America LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaneka Corporation. KPA is the exclusive distributor in the U.S. for Lixelle® Beta 2-microglobulin (β2M) Apheresis Column and Liposorber®, the extracorporeal LDL-apheresis system, both manufactured by Kaneka. Lixelle® is FDA approved for the treatment of Dialysis Related Amyloidosis (DRA) and Liposorber® is FDA approved for FSGS in both pediatrics and adults. KPA also markets ophthalmology and vascular interventional devices. Rare Diseases and Health Care are Kaneka’s most important priorities.
