For 45 years, the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance (TS Alliance) has been dedicated to finding a cure for tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) while improving the lives of those affected.
Impacting about 50,000 in the United States and 1 million worldwide, TSC is a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form in vital organs, primarily the heart, brain, eyes, kidneys, liver and lungs. TSC is also the leading genetic cause of both epilepsy and autism. There is no cure.
