Quantification of podocyte foot-process effacement
With our revolutionary procedure it is possible to determine the exact foot process morphology in biopsies and kidney sections of mice and rats. We can reliably identify small foot process effacement without bias. The procedure is based on Super-Resolution Microscopy and does not require electron microscopy.
