AccuBoost® is a non-invasive brachytherapy approach for treatment of partial breast based on mammography image guidance. For APBI, or as a boost to external beam therapy, it has been shown to reduce skin reactions, improve cosmetics, and lower dose to healthy tissues sparing heart, lungs and chest wall from excessive dose.
