Prolaris was developed to assess disease aggressiveness, by measuring the expression level of genes involved with cell replication. Prolaris provides unique information about prognosis, and in conjunction with clinical parameters such as Gleason score and PSA, may be used to determine appropriate therapy for prostate cancer patients.
