CHOCOLATE "MOONSHINE" TRUFFLE BARS:  Our Moonshine Bar is filled with a smooth, creamy center and available in over 30 flavors. Each bar is made with French and Belgian Chocolate, organic pure cane sugar, fresh cream, and hand-painted with French Cocoa Butter. We use natural and organic ingredients, including fresh fruits and roasted nuts.  Our chocolate bars are low in sugar (only 100 calories per bar), and gluten-free, with the exception of our After Five assortment flavors which are infused with bourbon, whiskey, champagne, rum, and barrel-aged Irish whiskey for flavoring. 

CHOCOLATE MOONSHINE FUDGE:  Our dedication to quality ingredients and small-batch production creates our award-winning confections.  Our gourmet fudge is assembled using only pure, fresh, all-natural ingredients. From the finest local cream to chocolate from Belgian and vanilla from Madagascar... whether it's around the corner or around the world, we use only the best. All of our fudge is cooked in small 50 pound batches, which is the only true way to create the natural flavor profile of fudge. Slowly cooked in copper kettles over an open flame, our ingredients are gently blended and hand-stirred with maple wood paddles and meticulously watched. We use approximately 30% less sugar than other manufacturers of fudge, giving our fudge a creamy, smooth texture. We use only premium cocoa beans which gives our fudge its rich taste. We have a wide selection of custom fudge flavors, most of which are also gluten-free. 

TURTLES:   Made with pure Belgian Chocolate, with Pecans and Cashews, and available in milk and dark chocolate.
