A superb piece of cherry burl was used in creating what is known as a hollow form. Completed with burl figure, bark inclusions, and major voids you can be sure that no one else will have a piece that looks like this one. Measuring in at 12" tall and 12" in diameter it's big enough to be used on a large dining table but also small enough to be used on smaller tables. It's just the right size. Finished with an oil and urethane mixture this piece was then buffed to a mid-level shine.
