I produce my own 100% cotton sweater knit fabric, in the USA.
I wash, then manipulate the fabric and hand dye it in my own exclusive "sky-dye" graphic dye technique.
I also "nu-cycle" my own cutaway fabric into patch work, mosaic panels – “geo-patterning”.
The paneled fabric is then incorporated into our finished garments for an added element of interest of handwork.
When I work with cotton & color, comfort, and ease of wear come to mind.
I 1st use the best ingredients (yarn), to lay down the foundation (fabric), for a comfortable/ durable pullover.
Once your skin connects with our work, there is the AHA moment!, that takes place.
Our "color/design" is inspired by the great outdoors, in our exclusive "sky-dye" graphics.
Best of all, our finished pieces are machine washable and can be placed in the dryer, hence –
"functional funware".
