All my clocks are designed first with a rough sketch, and then in detail on my computer. While the design work can take days to perfect, I am then able to laser the same design again. Once I have sanded, stained, and varnished the wood, I laser cut the design, and then clean the residue from the face and the edges the cuts. Afterward, I prepare the black background pieces, and use an inverse frame to construct the clock.
