My subject matter varies from serious to something really fun. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are a favorite in the south. They were born in Winston Salem, NC which is where I grew up, originally staring in a small white house in Old Salem, NC. So if you are from the Carolinas there is nothing like a hot Krispy Kreme doughnut. I have aquired a collection of vintage and antique toys and love to use them in my paintings. They and fun and colorful and bring a smile to people's faces.
