Carpet Decals

Hydration Stations

Meeting Rooms

Exhibitors can purchase a Standard Meeting Room in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room or a Premium Meeting Room on Level 2 of the Moscone West building.

Standard Meeting Rooms in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room are modular 10'x20' rooms that provide you with the opportunity to have a staff lounge, hold staff meetings, meet privately with attendees, and more.

Premium Meeting Rooms on Level 2 are private, existing building rooms providing ample space for holding multiple simultaneous meetings.

Pharmaceutical and Device Pipeline and Clinical Trials Directories

Open to all members, non-members, and the public, the Pharmaceutical and Device Pipeline and Clinical Trials Directories will be prominently positioned on the ASCO website and accessible by in-person and online attendees at ASCO Meetings. The directories will provide health care professionals access to current information on oncologic pharmaceuticals and devices in development and clinical trials to encourage and stimulate meaningful dialogue. Directories will be accessible July 2022 through June 30, 2023.
