The Exhibit Hall is a bustling center of activity during the conference, where attendees network and shop for products and services.

Exhibit Space Rates

Standard Rate         $47.5 per sq. ft.
Inline Corner Fee   $275.00 per corner
Island Corner Fee   $1,100.00

Booth Fee Includes:

Four exhibitor staff badges per 10’x10’ space. Each exhibiting organization will be given four (4) complimentary exhibit badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. These complimentary badges will permit access to the Exhibit Hall and ASHP educational sessions, however, they do not included continuing education credit. Additional exhibit badges may be obtained for a fee of $100.00 per badge issued above the (4) complimentary badges. Exhibitors will not be refunded for any purchased and unused badges. Qualified exhibit personnel who want to register and receive continuing education credit for session attendance will be offered a discounted registration rate of $450. These badges must be submitted and paid for online through the exhibit badge portal. All exhibitor and discounted registration badge requests must be submitted online by the designated deadline.
Ten one-day Exhibit-Hall-only client badges for local Orlando area business clients.
Online listing including company name, booth number, categories, and description.
Listing in the onsite Yellow Pages including company name, booth number, and company address.

February 15, 2021...50% due for applications submitted prior to February 15, 2021, balance due April 16, 2021
February 15, 2021 - April 15, 2021 ....50% due with application, balance due April 16, 2021
After April 15, 2021....100% due with application
