NIGP Innovation Theater

Have you ever wished you could highlight the value of your organization in a theater setting, to take advantage of the energy and excitement of NIGP Forum 2023? Well, now you can!

The NIGP Innovation Theater in the exhibit hall will give Forum exhibitors and sponsors the exclusive opportunity to make a presentations on the services and solutions their organizations provide. Across the 6-hours set aside for exhibit time, NIGP will offer time slots for our suppliers to present from our exhibit hall stage. Host your very own 45-minute presentation or demo to attendees.

Available Time Slots

Time slots are available during show hours both Sunday and Monday. There will be two theaters in the exhibit hall and both theaters will be running at the same time. The schedule can be found below.

Sunday, August 20th

3:00pm-3:45pm: Beacon Bid
4:00pm-4:45pm: Civic Initiatives | Bid&tenders
5:00pm-5:45pm

Monday, August 21st

9:15am-10:00am: CobbleStone Software
10:15am-11:00am: MDF Commerce | Gordian

What's Included?

Session details shared with registered attendee community prior to the event.

Pricing

$2,950 per session

Exhibitors or patrons may reserve up to two times, so long as they are not on the same day. Sessions will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
