ARRB has been developing innovative road assessment equipment and associated software for over 30 years. Its most recent development is the intelligent Pavement Assessment Vehicle (iPAVe) which collects both structural and functional road condition data. It has also just released the Hawkeye Continuous Friction Measurement Vehicle.
