The Office of Public Engagement engages external stakeholders on behalf of the Secretary working closely with the Operating Administrations and government agencies to create and coordinate opportunities for direct dialogue between the Administration and the American public on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The BIL provides the U.S. Department of Transportation $660 billion over five years between FY 2022 through FY 2026.
