Provide support of the live graphic facilitation illustrating attendees’ responses to a question determined by AAGL. This opportunity will increase engagement and excitement in the Exhibit Hall as attendees will want to participate and see the progression of the drawing. Recogntion of your support will be on the following:

• Support Recognition on Mobile App, Know Before You Go Email, Final Program, Walk-In Slides

Branded post-it notes and pens may be provided by the supporter. 

Catch the eye of attendees as they exit the Convention Center with your branding and messaging in this “cannot miss” opportunity. Opportunity includes branding on six doors. Clings are 24" x 24", single-sided, inward-facing, and will be placed on the lower half of the door.

Attendees will take notice of your company or product branded escalator runners and floor decal as they head to sessions. Opportunity includes production of (2) runners and a floor decal, installation and removal.

Each runner is comprised of 13 clings. Floor Decal is 16'W x 4'H and will be placed at the bottom of the escalator.

Congress attendees enjoy ending their day with the opportunity to learn more about your products and services. These events commence after the Congress activities have concluded, providing you with prime time to deliver your presentation. Room rental, basic AV, and room configuration are included. Changes and additions will incur additional fees. The room can accommodate up to 200 people. Catering services are not included.

Attendees will use these touch screen displays to view the meeting schedule, the Exhibit Hall floor plan, and more. Supporter will receive a digital ad, icon on the homescreen which will take the user to your website, and branding on the base of the display. Opportunity includes two touch screens placed in high traffic areas.
