Exhibitors are expected to make housing arrangements through AACC’s official housing process and SPARGO, Inc. as part of their commitment to and support of the AACC. Bypassing the official housing process—making reservations directly with hotels that are part of the official AACC housing block or making reservations at hotels outside the AACC housing block—is considered a violation of the regulations and will result in the loss of all priority points that would have been accrued by the exhibiting company for the 71st AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo.

Please note that exhibitors will be allowed to reserve room blocks equal to their final peak night pick-up in 2018 plus 5%. If the number of rooms requested is substantially higher than actual usage, AACC may be unable to honor your entire request.

In order to serve all exhibitors and AACC attendees, AACC reserves the right to limit the number of rooms allocated (in a specific hotel) to an exhibitor if necessary. AACC will make every attempt to accommodate your request. Room blocks at the Anaheim Marriott and Hilton Anaheim are limited to 50 rooms each and room blocks at Sheraton Park and Clarion Hotel are limited to 25 rooms each.

SPARGO, Inc. is the only authorized housing vendor for the 71st AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo. If you are contacted by any company other than SPARGO offering housing in Anaheim, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent AACC nor do they have access to the officially contracted 71st AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo room blocks or rates in Anaheim, CA.

Dates & Deadlines 

December 4, 2018: Housing to create a block of rooms opens.

December 4, 2018: Housing to manage your block of rooms will open.

May 31, 2019: Rooming List Deadline—Rooming lists are due no later than May 31, 2019. Rooms unclaimed after May 31, 2019 will be cancelled. You will be required to submit a credit card for the one night room and tax guarantee per reservation. Changes and cancellations can be made through the 71st AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo Housing Center until July 10, 2019. Any reservation cancelled after May 31, 2019 will be charged a one night room and tax penalty. 

July 10, 2019: Final Housing Cutoff—July 10, 2019 is the last day to make housing changes through the 71st AACC Annual Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo Housing Center. Final rooming lists for existing room blocks must be submitted to SPARGO via the online exhibitor housing portal.

July 17, 2019: Exhibitors may submit housing changes directly to hotels beginning on July 17, 2019.
