Exhibitor Housing

All confirmed exhibitors will receive an email with a link to book hotel rooms. Please note that individual registration is allowed for up to 10 rooms. 11+ rooms will require a room sub-block and contract.

We recommend that you not wait to secure hotel accommodations within our block at the discounted rate. There are many events taking place in downtown New Orleans the week of the #AAGL24 Global Congress and hotels will be sold out before the cutoff date. After the cutoff date of 10/8/24, or if the block sells out (whichever occurs first), rooms may be sold based on availability and may not qualify for the discounted rate.
