New Exhibitors
If you are a new exhibitor, please download the 2019 Application and Contract for Exhibit Space and submit via email to exhibitcontracts@spargoinc.com.

Returning Exhibitors
If you are a returning exhibitor, either please download the 2019 Application and Contract for Exhibit Space and submit via email to exhibitcontracts@spargoinc.com OR to save time, login using your exisiting exhibitor password to go through the online version of the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space. 

Deposit and Payment Schedule:

January 3, 2019 ...50% due for applications submitted prior to January 3, 2018
January 3, 2019 - July 5, 2018 ...50% due with application
After July 10, 2019 ...Payment in full with application

Cancellation Penalties:

Through January 2, 2019
January 3, 2019 - July 10, 2019 – 50%
After July 10, 2019 – 100%
