Exhibitor Resource Center
 

The Exhibitor Resource Center allows you single sign-on access to the following items:

Required Forms due by Friday, October 26:

• Booth Activity Request Form
• Booth Rendering (required for island booths 400 sq. ft. or larger)
• Request for Approval of Giveaways
• Request for Approval of Photography and Video/Audio Recording
• On-site Contact
• Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) Notification

• Company Information for Printed Exhibitor Directory  (NOTE:  DUE BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28) - The exhibitor directory has gone to print. You can still update your listing for the online listing.
• Freeman Online Ordering (Advance Price Deadline - Wednesday, November 14)

Your company password is required to access the Exhibitor Resource Center.  Passwords were emailed to the booth contact on file.  For password assistance please contact Eileen McGill. 
 

Exhibitor Housing
 

HOUSING FRAUD WARNING - SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the 60th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. Do not be misled by companies that solicit groups and misrepresent themselves as ASH's official housing provider. Before you reserve a room block, always look for the Official Housing Provider logo. If you are contacted by one of these "pirate" companies, please notify the ASH Housing Center immediately. All exhibitor housing room blocks must be secured directly through the ASH Housing Center.

Exhibitor Registration
 

Exhibitor registration can be accessed through the Exhibitor Resource Center. All exhibitor booth personnel who will be staffing your exhibit during move-in, show hours and/or move-out must be registered as an exhibitor and wear the official show badge to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. 

Ancillary Meetings
 

ASH has established a set of guidelines for planning and hosting ancillary meetings during the ASH annual meeting. All ancillary meetings held in conjunction with the ASH annual meeting from Thursday, November 29 through Tuesday, December 4 must adhere to these guidelines, regardless of the meeting location.
