Instructions to reserve booth space online:

New Exhibitors:
All prospective, first time exhibitors must supply a brief description of intended services and highlighted products for review and approval prior to booking space. You may not secure space until the approval process is complete. Please email descriptions to ashpexhibits@spargoinc.com.

1. Click on the New Exhibitors Online Booth Application/New Exhibitors button
2. Complete the online application/contract (if you prefer to complete a pdf booth application, click here)
3. Check the box to agree to the contract Terms & Conditions
4. Click “SUBMIT”
5. A confirmation email and invoice will be emailed to you.

Returning Exhibitors:

1. Click on the Online Booth Application/Returning Exhibitors button
2. Type in your password. If you have forgot your password, email exhibitorservices@spargoinc.com
3. Complete the online application/contract (if you prefer to complete a pdf booth application, click here)
4. Check the box to agree to the contract Terms & Conditions.
5. Click “SUBMIT”
6. A confirmation and invoice will be sent.
