To book your airline reservation and get the best fare, call SSO's official travel agency, Uniglobe Preferred Travel, at 1-800-626-0359 and after the prompt dial '0' (M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST). Or, for online convenience, go to www.uniglobepreferred.com and do the following:

  • Scroll down and click on “Rapid-Rez”
  • When the booking page appears, click on “Create New User”
  • Enter personal information and click “Done”
  • Complete additional personal information and provide credit card number and billing address
  • Scroll down and click “Save”
  • Select the “Travel Planner” tab to make a reservation
  • Select SSO for the “Trip Reason”
  • Record your User ID and your Password for future use

Go Airport Express Chicago

Go Airport Express Chicago is a fast and convenient way to and from the airport and McCormick Place Convention Center. Shuttles depart from O’Hare Airport every 20 to 25 minutes to Chicago downtown and suburban hotels.  GO ticket counters and loading zones for boarding the Airport Express vans are at: Terminal 1 by exit door E (1E) or Terminal 3 by exit door E (3E) across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim Lower Level.  International flights will meet outside lower level of Terminal 5 by Door E (5E).  Please present Airport Express ticket agent with your prepaid confirmation number and you will receive a ticket for your shuttle driver.  If you already have your printed voucher, please proceed outside to the boarding area and present the driver with your voucher. When departing, please arrive in the hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time from the hotel. Shuttle departure time is 2 ½ to 3 hours prior to your flight departure time.  Please present GO Airport Express shuttle driver with your confirmation number. The shuttle will drop you off at your airline departure area.
