Our ISO Class 8 certified cleanroom will be monitored by the Currier BMS (Building Maintenance System) will allow live monitoring of conditions in the cleanroom. This is a web-based system for 24hr monitoring of Temperature, Humidity, changes/Hr and Pressure differential.

As custom molders, every program has unique user requirements. Currently, we have 2 injection molding machines being installed in the cleanroom that are for new IVD products that require Certified 8 molding/assembly environment. We also use portable clean rooms in both blow molding and injection molding departments.
