Industry Workshop Theaters and Lecture Series Theater

The 2020 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo is the world’s premier exposition for clinical laboratory products and services.  In addition to having access to such a large universe of current or potential providers, the 2020 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo offers industry presentations.

• Lecture Series Theater
  Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about innovative technologies and services from R&D, manufacturing, product development, and other areas. Learn about exciting, creative products while gaining invaluable knowledge while attending 20-minute long presentations. The theater is located in the Exhibit Hall so you don’t need to leave the action in the exhibit hall to attend these lectures. To participate, please complete and return the Lecture Series Theater Application.
• Industry Workshop Exhibit Hall Theater
  Dedicate some time to attend Industry Workshop Exhibit Hall Theaters. These 60-minute sessions are conveniently presented in a theater built inside the exhibit hall and may count for Continuing Education credits. Industry Workshop presentations will be held in the Exhibit Hall Theater during the day on Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional presentations will take place at select hotels at 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. To participate, please complete and return the Industry Workshop Exhibit Hall Theater Application.

Hotel Industry Workshops

We continue to offer the traditional Hotel Industry Workshop presentations that will be held prior to and after the official programming offered at the meeting. These will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Fee for Hotel Industry Workshop:  $5,000 -- Rate includes complimentary copy of the advanced registration mailing list and promotion (website, mobile app, Exhibit Guide, Clinical Laboratory News Daily and signage). Rate does not include any AV. 

Companies supporting a Hotel Industry Workshop at the 2020 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo, now have the opportunity to extend the life of their program beyond the live event. AACC and Freeman will work with your company to videotape the workshop, and provide an edited, picture in picture video of the slides and speaker(s) within 10-20 days of the live program.  AACC will host the video online for 9 months and will promote the video via a dedicated broadcast email to a targeted list or to our entire database (60,000+). The supporter is also encouraged to promote the video. Price: $5,000.
