Exhibitor Town Hall Meeting

Annual Meeting exhibitors are invited to attend the 2023 Exhibitor Town Hall Meeting on Monday, June 5 at 7:45 AM in Industry Expert Theater 1, located in the back of the Exhibit Hall. At this meeting you will have the opportunity to meet with ASCO meeting staff, official contractors, and representatives from McCormick Place.  We welcome your feedback on ways to improve the operation of the Exhibit Hall. Continental breakfast will be served. We will also be sending out an exhibitor survey after the Meeting
