Exhibit Hall Schedule 


Truss, Lighting and Hanging Sign Installation:

  • Saturday, May 25:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

*  Please note: 

  • Lighting, truss and hanging signs will also be allowed for installation during the exhibit installation hours noted below.  
  • Overtime rates will apply after 4:30 PM Monday-Friday and all day Saturday.  Double-time rates will apply all day Sunday and Holidays.  


Exhibit Installation Hours:

  • Tuesday, May 28:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday, May 29:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Thursday, May 30:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday, May 31:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

*  All exhibits must be set by 4:30 PM on Friday, May 31.  Any space that is not set at that time will be turned back to ASCO Exhibit Management use in a way that will compliment to overall appearance of the exhibits.  This policy will be strictly enforced.  

ASCO permits exhibitors and EACs to work specific hours outside of the published Exhibit Hall move-in and move-out times including Sunday, May 26 and Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day). The exhibiting company or EAC will be responsible to schedule union stewards/labor in advance and to pay for any hours worked during that time.
 

Exhibitor Service Hours:

Our Exhibitor Support team will be available from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from the first day of exhibitor move-in to the last day of exhibitor move-out. Hours may be extended the day before the day before show open and the day of show close to assist with additional exhibitor needs.
 

Exhibit Hours:

  • Saturday, June 1:  9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday, June 2:  9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday, June 3:  9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Exhibit booths must be staffed during all open hours.  Exhibits officially close on Monday, June 3 at 5:00 PM. All exhibits must remain fully intact and staffed until that time.  Early dismantling of exhibits is prohibited.  Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, as set forth in the Policies for Exhibitors and Other Organizations at ASCO Meetings. 
 

Dismantle Hours:

  • Monday, June 3:  5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Tuesday, June 4:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday, June 5:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 5. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.  All materials must be removed, and freight will be forced from the Exhibit Hall by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, June 5.
