Hotel Blocks
The Exhibitor Housing website is now open for those exhibitors that have previously requested a room block. Passwords were issued on Thursday, February 1. If you have not received your password, please contact the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center.
Exhibiting companies that have not secured a hotel room block may go online and create a block of rooms.
All Exhibitor room blocks are 100% prepaid and the payments are non-refundable. Exhibitors with confirmed room blocks will be required to manage their room blocks online.
Reservations must be entered and paid in full by the deadline of Friday, April 5, at 5:00 PM (ET.) Name and date changes can be made until Monday, May 6 at 5:00 PM (ET.)
Important Notice:
All official hotel room blocks for the ASCO Annual Meeting must be secured directly through the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center, operated by SPARGO, Inc. If you receive an email or phone call from other companies, we strongly recommend you do not secure hotel rooms from these unapproved vendors. We can only guarantee hotel room availability and rates offered through SPARGO, Inc. If you have any questions, please contact the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center.
Exhibiting companies who do not utilize the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center to secure hotel rooms will be subject to a 10% surcharge on the exhibit space rental rate and will be billed accordingly.
Hotel Reservation Policy
Any rooms not reserved and paid for will be released on Friday, April 5, at 5:00 PM (ET)
