Lighting Schedule
The following schedule lists when McCormick Place will go to “show level lighting” in the Exhibit Hall:
- Thursday, May 30: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Move-in)
- Friday, May 31: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Move-in)
- Saturday, June 1: 6:00 AM - 5:05 PM
- Sunday, June 2: 5:00 AM - 5:20 PM
- Monday, June 3: 5:00 AM - 5:05 PM
Our intent is to provide you with a schedule in advance so you can plan to “focus” your booth lighting and submit your order with Freeman to have overhead building lights “backed out,” if needed. Per ASCO’s Policy for Exhibitors and Other Organizations at ASCO Meetings, lighting over a booth may be dimmed or backed out to accommodate exhibitors’ lighting requirements at ASCO’s discretion. ASCO will not approve backing out overhead lights which may affect aisles or another exhibitor’s space. Lighting must be directly over or in the exhibitor’s booth. The exhibitor is responsible for all costs associated with this request.
If you require “show level lighting” for your exhibit other than the hours noted above, please contact Freeman at 888-508-5054 to make arrangements. Additional fees will apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
