No Soliciting    

The exhibits provide the Annual Meeting attendees the opportunity to meet with representatives from the healthcare industry about their products and services in a professional atmosphere that is consistent with the educational mission of the Annual Meeting. Meeting attendees are prohibited from soliciting business from other attendees or exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall or anywhere in the meeting venue. 

Anyone observed soliciting business in the aisles, other public areas, or in another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately.  Additional penalties will also apply. Please report any violations you may observe at the Meeting to the Exhibits Management Office, located next to booth #19061 as soon as they occur.
