Onsite Registration fees effective Saturday, May 18

Exhibitor registration must be completed online through the Exhibitor Resource Center.  Information on how to access the Exhibitor Resource Center was emailed to the booth contact on record.  For assistance, please contact Eileen McGill at 703-679-3969 or eileen.mcgill@spargoinc.com.  

Based on the square footage of a company’s booth, exhibiting companies receive complimentary Exhibitor Badges, which provide access to the Exhibit Hall. Companies with booths up to 400 square feet receive 5 badges per 100 square feet. After that companies receive 2 badges per 100 square feet above the initial 400.

If you exceed your allotment of complimentary Exhibitor Badges, additional Exhibitor Badges are available through the registration process at $200.00 each.  

Exhibitor Badges do not give exhibitors access to Meeting sessions. Exhibitor Badges allow exhibitors entrance into the Exhibit Hall, Opening Session, Plenary Session and Posters. Exhibitors wishing to attend sessions must purchase an Exhibitor Attendee Badge. An Exhibitor Attendee Badge allows the same access to the Exhibit Hall as Exhibitor Badges, but also includes access to sessions. Fees associated with Exhibitor Attendee badges can be found online at https://conferences.asco.org/am/registration.

Please note: When registering your staff, a unique email address is required for each exhibitor.  Annual Meeting products, including the ASCO Educational Book, Meeting Abstracts, Annual Meeting Program, and ASCO Daily News and online evaluation are accessed using this email address. ASCO will not contact individual exhibitors regarding their registrations.

Before/After Hours Access to Exhibit Hall Passes 
Access to the Exhibit Hall on Friday for setup and before and after hours on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is restricted to registered Exhibitor Booth Staff, Exhibitor Attendees, and Attendees with “Before/After Hours Access to Exhibit Hall” passes. Employees of your company who are registered as an individual or group attendee have access to the Exhibit Hall and booths only during exhibit hall open hours, which are Saturday through Monday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 

Employees registered as an individual or group attendee that need access to your booth on Friday for setup or before and after open hours on Saturday-Monday will need a Before/After Hours Access to Exhibit Hall Pass (called “passes” below). 
  • Passes allow attendees access to the Exhibit Hall during the following days and times: 
    • Friday, May 31, 2024 – Exhibit Hall Setup: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday, June 1, 2024; Sunday, June 2, 2024; Monday, June 3, 2024
      • Before Open: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
      • After Close: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • When you distribute these passes, tell your employees registered as attendees to show both their valid 2024 attendee badge and their pass to get access during these restricted hours. 

Employees that you register as exhibitors, either as Exhibitor Booth Staff or Exhibitor Attendees, will be recognized by security and will not need these passes to access the Exhibit Hall.
 
Important Note: Select a meeting space outside of the Hall to distribute your company's badges, including Exhibit Hall Passes. Do not plan to meet your employees inside the Exhibit Hall or your meeting room in Hall E of the East Building. Your employees will not be allowed to access the Exhibit Hall unless they have their exhbibitor badges or Exhibit Hall Passes.
