EXHIBITS SCHEDULE

Move In	Friday, May 31 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM	All exhibits must be set by 4:30 PM on Friday, May 31. All aisles must be clear of empties and freight by 10:00 AM on Friday, May 31.
Exhibit Hours	Saturday, June 1 Sunday, June 2 Monday, June 3 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM	Doors to the Exhibit Hall open at 9:00 AM.
Move Out	Monday, June 3 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM	Exhibits may not be dismantled before 5:00 PM on Monday, June 3. Withdrawal from the booth at any time or failure to staff your booth will result in a one-year suspension from participating in the ASCO-Sponsored Patient Advocacy Booth. Please make travel arrangements accordingly.
