EXHIBIT SPACE PACKAGE
The following items are included in the ASCO-Sponsored Patient Advocacy Booth Exhibit Space Package:
- Up to four (4) complimentary exhibitor badges which allow access to the Exhibit Hall only. Exhibitor badges do not give access to Meeting sessions, either at the in-person meeting or virtual
- Two (2) complimentary session access passes that provide access to meeting sessions (with the exception of the ticketed sessions; Meet the Professor sessions and Clinical Problems in Oncology sessions). These passes may be used interchangeably among your exhibit staff and may be picked up in the Patient Advocate Lounge, Room S404 in McCormick Place
- Standard electrical service (please note that there is one plug per counter, and you will need to provide your own power strip)
- Basic Internet service (1 – wired connection) – Complimentary Wi-Fi is only available in the food court and posters section of the Exhibit Hall
- Porter service (cleaning and trash removal)
- General 24‐hour security in the Exhibit Hall
- Daily aisle carpet cleaning service
- Ability to purchase a partial, targeted ASCO membership mailing list and/or an Annual Meeting registrant mailing list
- Listing of company name, booth number and up to five categories in the printed and online versions of the Exhibitor Directory. For inclusion in the printed directory, information must be entered in the online Exhibitor Resource Center no later than Friday, March 15
