Registration Options for Exhibitors
Exhibitor Badges do not provide exhibitors with access to Meeting sessions, either in-person or online. Exhibitor Badges allow exhibitors entrance into the Exhibit Hall, Opening Session, Plenary Session, and Posters. We have received an increase in interest from patient advocacy exhibitors for full meeting access at the ASCO Annual Meeting. We have updated our policy to address this need. As an exhibitor in the ASCO-Sponsored Patient Advocacy booth, each individual can choose between the two registration options below. Please read the following information carefully as individuals cannot be registered twice (as both an exhibitor and also as an attendee). 

Option 1: We will provide your organization with two (2) complimentary session access passes that can be picked up in the Patient Advocate Lounge, Room S404 of McCormick Place. These passes do not have names on them; they may be used interchangeably among your exhibit staff to attend the non-ticketed meeting sessions onsite (as noted above, online access to the ASCO Annual Meeting is not included).

Option 2: To obtain full meeting access (both in-person and online) your individual exhibit staff can register as patient advocates. Please note, the $190 registration rate per person will apply. As the booth contact, you will be able to convert these registrations in the ERC. If you are interested in this option, please see the following details regarding member and nonmember registration:  

  • For Members: Patient advocates who are currently members of ASCO under the Patient Advocate membership category will automatically receive the reduced rate when registering.
  • For Nonmembers: Please send the name of the individual(s) who would like to register under this option to patientadvocates@asco.org. We will provide each person with a unique patient advocate code and registration instructions. 

Once individual patient advocate registrations are complete, please select “Convert Attendees into Exhibitor Attendees” in the ERC. You may search for the attendee you would like to convert using the email associated with their registration. Please see sample below for reference. 

Please note: When registering your staff, a unique email address is required for each exhibitor.  ASCO will not contact individual attendees regarding their registrations.

Important Note:
Select a meeting place outside of the Exhibit Hall to distribute your organization’s badges. Do not plan to meet your staff within the Exhibit Hall or at your booth as your employees will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall unless they already have their Exhibitor Badge.
