Lighting Schedule
The following schedule lists when McCormick Place will go to “show level lighting” in the Exhibit Hall:
- Thursday, May 29: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Move-in)
- Friday, May 30: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Move-in)
- Saturday, May 31: 6:00 AM - 5:05 PM
- Sunday, June 1: 5:00 AM - 5:20 PM
- Monday, June 2: 5:00 AM - 5:05 PM
Our intent is to provide you with a schedule in advance so you can plan to “focus” your booth lighting and submit your order with Freeman to have overhead building lights “backed out,” if needed. Per ASCO’s Policy for Exhibitors and Other Organizations at ASCO Meetings, lighting over a booth may be dimmed or backed out to accommodate exhibitors’ lighting requirements at ASCO’s discretion. ASCO will not approve backing out overhead lights which may affect aisles or another exhibitor’s space. Lighting must be directly over or in the exhibitor’s booth. The exhibitor is responsible for all costs associated with this request.
Our intent is to provide you with a schedule in advance so you can plan to your power needs and “focus” booth lighting if necessary. Contact Freeman for 24-hour power and McCormick Place Technology Services to “back out” overhead building lights, if needed.
