Exhibit Space Package
The following are included in the Exhibit Space Package:
• Inline Booths Only: 8’ high back drape (red, black and white) and 3’ high side drape (black) booth dividers
• Aisle carpet (red pepper – a red and black tweed). Please note that all booths in the Exhibit Hall must be carpeted. Carpet is NOT included in the exhibit space package and MUST be provided by the exhibiting company at their own expense.
• 24-hour general security in the Exhibit Hall
• Listing of company name and booth number in the Exhibitor Directory —
- In Print (must be confirmed exhibitor by Friday, September 26)
- Mobile App (must be a confirmed exhibitor by Friday, September 26)
- Online Exhibitor Directory Listing
• Option to purchase support opportunities, out-of-home, and publication advertising which are the only opportunities as approved by ASH.
• Allocated number of complimentary Exhibitor/Exhibit Hall Only badges and Full Meeting Badges:
Exhibit hall only badges allow access to the exhibit hall only (including Sunday and Monday lunches) but do not allow entry into the annual meeting sessions. The number of badges given to each exhibitor are based on the following criteria:
- Allotments are based on two badges per 100 square feet, up to a maximum of 75 badges.
- Additional exhibit hall only badges (including Sunady and Monday lunch allotments) may be requested for a fee of $375.00 per badge.
ASH will offer complimentary exhibitor full-meeting badges that allow access to all education and scientific sessions, in addition to exhibit hall admission, based on the following criteria:
- One complimentary exhibitor full-meeting badge per 100 square feet, up to a maximum of 10 badges
- Additional full-meeting badges over your complimentary allotment may be purchased at their respective rate.
All exhibitor booth personnel who will require access to the exhibit hall during move in, before or after open exhibit hours and/or during move out must be registered as an exhibitor and wear an official exhibitor badge to gain access to the Exhibit Hall.
