MEETING ROOM PACKAGE - WEST BUILDING HALL A1/A2 EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

The meeting rooms are unfurnished. Each meeting room includes the following:

  • Modular walled room with no ceiling and lockable door
    • Meeting room dimensions 6M x 6M
    • Please refer to the meeting room overview for location of the meeting room door.  
  • The room is unfurnished. You may place orders for furniture through FREEMAN. The advance price deadline is Wednesday, November 5. 
  • Meeting room door will have a combination. The combination will be available for pickup at the Hall A Exhibitor Meeting Room Help Desk on Friday, December 5 at 12:00 p.m.
  • Carpet (Tuxedo) 
  • 22"x14" Company ID Sign
    • Affixed to the wall next to the door.
    • Company Logo must be submitted by Friday, October 24
  • Electrical service
    • Your meeting room package includes (1) 120volt/20 amp service with one outlet. This outlet will be placed in the back left corner of the room, directly across from the entrance to your room.
    • If you require the electrical service which ASH provides to be moved, distributed and/or add additional electrical services, please make those arrangements directly with the Orange County Convention Center.
    • Please refer to the meeting room overview for location of the electrical service included in the meeting room package.  
  • Internet/Wi-Fi
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi will not be available in the Hall A Exhibitor Meeting Rooms. If you require Internet/Wi-Fi for your meeting room please order through Smart City. 
    • The advance price deadline is Monday, November 10.

Please note that meeting rooms do not include ceilings as part of the standard package. If you are interested in adding a ceiling to your room(s), please contact DeAndrea Canada with Freeman. Exhibitors will be responsible for all associated costs to add a ceiling, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation fees
  • Fire watch requirements 
  • Compliance with venue regulations
