Lighting Schedule    

The following schedule lists when Orange County Convention Center will go to “show level lighting” in the Exhibit Hall: 

• Thursday, December 4:  1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Move-in)
• Friday, December 5: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Move-in)
• Saturday, December 6: 7:00 a.m. - 5:05 p.m. 
• Sunday, December 7: 7:00 a.m. - 5:05 p.m. 
• Monday, December 8: 7:00 a.m. - 2:05 p.m. 

 
Our intent is to provide you with a schedule in advance so you can plan to “focus” your booth lighting and submit your order with Orange Country Convetnion Center to have overhead building lights “backed out,” if needed.  Per ASH's Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, lighting over a booth may be dimmed or backed out to accommodate exhibitors’ lighting requirements at ASH’s discretion.  ASH will not approve backing out overhead lights which may affect aisles or another exhibitor’s space. Lighting must be directly over or in the exhibitor’s booth.  The exhibitor is responsible for all costs associated with this request.
