Clean Floor Policy
In an effort to ensure a successful show opening for all exhibitors, we are enforcing a Clean Floor Policy. If you are working with an exhibit house, please discuss with them in advance as this may affect their work schedule. We want to avoid any unanticipated issues onsite.
All crates must be labeled "EMPTY" for removal by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5. Crates not labeled by this time will be removed regardless of status. All aisles must be 100% clean of product, ladders, gang boxes, and all other items that may impede the final aisle clean up and installation of carpet by 7:00 pm on Friday, December 5. Any crates, cardboard, fiber cases or access storage not labeled in accordance with this policy may be moved by Freeman in order to accommodate the continued fluid move-in of the show. Any necessary movement of these items in order for the exhibitor to finish set-up of the booth will be at the expense of the exhibitor.
During show days, no items belonging to exhibitors or their vendors may be placed in aisles, at columns, or in any public areas. Items in public areas will be removed at the expense of the exhibitor.
