CATERING - Exhibitor Meeting Rooms - WEST BUILDING HALL A1/A2 EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

Exhibitors are welcome to arrange catering within their meeting rooms—no prior approval from ASH Exhibits Management is required.

All food and beverage services must be ordered through Sodexo Live!, the exclusive provider at the Orange County Convention Center. Please note that alcoholic beverages and popcorn are not permitted.

To receive advance pricing, please place your order by Wednesday, November 5.

Please coordinate your catering delivery directly with Sodexo Live! to ensure timely service to your meeting room.  We strongly recommend having a staff member present at the scheduled delivery time. If the room is not accessible when Sodexo arrives, they will proceed to their next delivery, and your order may be delayed or not set up on time.

Important: ASH Exhibits Management and Security will not be available to unlock meeting room doors for catering deliveries.
