SECURITY - WEST BUILDING HALL A1/A2 EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ROOMS ARE NOT COMPLETELY SECURE. A lockable door is included as part of the Meeting Room package. For your safety, please do not leave valuables unattended. ASH provides perimeter security and roving security personnel in the meeting room area. Should you require additional security, contact RA Consulting for additional information. The deadline to place your security order at the advance price is Wednesday, November 5.

Please coordinate access/delivery to your meeting room for your vendors, catering, cleaning, etc. It is recommended that you have staff at your meeting room at the time of any scheduled delivery or service.
