The exhibitor is soley responsible for all shipping and handling of materials. ASCO and Freeman shall assume no liability for any shipments, including but not limited to, additional charges, handling fees, or customs duties. Exhibitors are advised that Freeman is unable to accept for process any materials delivered.

If you need loading dock access to bring materials to the exhibits area, please reach out to Eileen McGill at least 10 days in advance of exhibitor move in, so that Raffles City Convention Centre may send you information and a Permit to Work form.
