Display Restrictions
 

Tabletop exhibits display may not exceed 1829mm in length. All displays are restricted to the tabletop, except for banner stands and monitor stands, which are permitted on the floor directly behind the exhibit table. Literature stands and/or pop-up booths are not permitted behind, in front of, or next to the exhibit table. The table provided by ASCO must remain at 762mm high and may not be lowered.

The ceiling height of the exhibits are requires that no structure exceed 4 meters in height. 

Custom Display

Exhibitors who wish to forgo the provided table may submit a rendering demonstrating that their display will fit entirely within the designated space and not exceed the 1829mm in length.  All renderings must be submitted for review and approval in advance.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, as set forth in the Policy for Exhibitors and Other Organizations at ASCO Meetings.
