The following checklist is provided as a guide for companies exhibiting at the Symposium.

Friday, January 9	Giveaway Approval Form – Exhibitor Resource Center Notification of Intent to Use An EAC -Exhibitor Resource Center Onsite Contact Form – Exhibitor Resource Center Deadline to submit your information to be included in the printed Exhibitor Directory – Exhibitor Resource Center Branding of outer walls submitted to Freeman. Artwork must be approved by ASCO. Company Logo for meeting room signage due to Eileen McGill
Wednesday, January 21	Exhibitor Registration - Exhibitor Resource Center (Opens early December)  Hotel Reservation Due at 11:59 PM (ET)
Wednesday, January 28	General Service Contractor – All Forms Electric Exhibit Transportation Labor  Material Handling Summary/Payment AV Orders
Friday, February 6	Lead Retrieval Order Form
Monday, February 23	Internet Order Form
Tuesday, Feburary 24	In-allotment registrations must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET)  After this deadline, in-allotment registrations will be subject to a $300 onsite processing fee.
