Advertising Content / Specifications
- Content must focus on the advertising organization’s transportation-related products and services and/or the organization’s participation at the Annual Meeting.
- Each advertisement will link to a website of the advertising organization’s choosing. (Tracking UTMs are not permitted in the URLs.)
- TRB will provide click counts on advertisements after the meeting, upon request.
- Advertisements must be exactly 740px wide and no higher than 200px. TRB suggests that advertising text be no less than 18 pt size font.
- Advertisements must be in JPG format.
- Advertisements may not be cancelled.
- No refunds will be provided.
Advertising Submission Deadlines and Process
- All advertisements must be submitted by November 27, 2026.
- Advertisements may not be submitted in compressed or ZIP file formats.

Solution Showcase Theater Position Your Organization at the Center of Transportation Leadership.Learn more ↓
The Solution Showcase Theater at the TRB Annual Meeting offers exhibitors and Patrons an exclusive opportunity to present their transportation-related goods, services, and solutions in a dedicated theater-style setting within the exhibit hall.
Each 30-minute presentation provides a focused platform to demonstrate expertise, highlight innovations, and engage directly with transportation professionals attending the meeting. This format allows your organization to educate prospective clients, reinforce thought leadership, and generate meaningful interest in your offerings.
Time Slots
- Presentations are scheduled every hour on the half-hour from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, January 11–12, 2027.
- Organizations may purchase up to two time slots total
- No more than one slot per day
- Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
- After purchase, SPARGO Inc. will contact you to select your preferred available time
Location & Presentation Process
- The Theater is in Exhibit Hall D.
- Presentations must begin at the assigned time
- Presentations may not exceed 30 minutes
- Set-up may begin 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start
- The space must be cleared within 15 minutes after your session concludes

Promotion
- Promotion of your showcase is the responsibility of the presenter. If your title and description are submitted by October 30, 2026, TRB will include your session in the Printed Program, Online Program, and Mobile App.
To maximize attendance, presenters are strongly encouraged to promote their session through:
- Targeted email outreach
- Advertising in the Printed Program or TRB AM Express
- In-booth promotion (for exhibitors)

Eligibility
Organizations must be confirmed Exhibitors and/or Patrons of the TRB 2027 Annual Meeting to reserve meeting or reception space.
Availability
Meeting and reception space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Available Sunday through Wednesday
Access hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
Approximately 700 square feet
Conference table setup for 20 attendees, plus perimeter seating for five
Room setup is fixed; no configuration changes permitted
Signage
One pop-up banner (maximum 39” wide x 78” high) may be displayed outside the meeting room entrance to help guests and staff locate your space.
Reception Space
Access to a reception space accommodating up to 500 attendees
Available Monday or Tuesday evening
Receptions may begin no earlier than 6:00 PM and must conclude by 9:00 PM
Additional Services
Catering and audiovisual services are not included with the meeting or reception space rental but may be arranged separately through approved vendors.

Pricing for Patrons is based on the previously purchased Patron opportunity:
