LabTurbo SP-qPCR AIO System is fully automated for sample-to-result DNA/RNA testing, suitable for diagnostics of HIV/HBV/HCV/HPV, NIPD, cancer detection, genotyping, and many more applications. The sample-to-result procedure includes auto sample barcoding, primary tube sampling, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR setup, qPCR and detection result analysis.

Achieve advanced detection sensitivity with scalable sample volume up to 3 ml and elution volume down to 30 ul. The membrane column and vacuum technology provides outstanding nucleic acid quality and impurity removal for enhanced qPCR and NGS performance.

The full liquid-handling capability allows automation for complicated procedures, such as bisulfite conversion for methylated DNA detection. Detect genomic DNA, bacterial DNA, viral DNA/RNA, tumor circulating DNA, cell-free DNA, total RNA and forensic DNA easily with LabTurbo kits.
