Executive Suites

Reserve private meeting space at the convention center! Executive Suites are located on the show floor and provide convenient access for customer meetings. The flat rate cost to rent an Executive Suite is $6,500. Each suite is 264 square feet and will have an 8' high fabric-covered hard wall, wall-to-wall carpet, one conference table, six conference chairs, and a sign with your company's name on the door.

For an additional fee, suites can be customized with additional furnishings, equipment, and catering.

Suites may be accessed during the following dates and times:

Sunday, June 11, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Monday, June 12, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 13, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
