Exhibitor Move-In

Tuesday                 May 5, 2020           2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Wednesday           May 6, 2020           8:00 am - 5:00 pm

*Please note that all exhibits must be fully installed by 3:00 pm, Wednesday, May 6, 2020. You may continue working in your booth after 3:00 pm, but all crates and shipping materials must be labeled and in the aisles for removal by 3:00 PM. "Empty" labels for return of shipping materials are available at the Freeman Exhibitor Service Center onsite.

**Requests for Early Move-In may be submitted in writing to Sharon Boutin, AACE Exposition Management, at sharon.boutin@spargoinc.com. Overtime and/or Double Time rates will apply after 5:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as all day Saturday and Sunday.  We will provide additional information in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available in the beginning of Fedruary.

*All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 9, 2020.
