Exhibitors are expected to make housing arrangements through ADLM’s official housing process and SPARGO, Inc. as part of their commitment to and support of the ADLM. Bypassing the official housing process—making reservations directly with hotels that are part of the official ADLM housing block or making reservations at hotels outside the ADLM housing block—is considered a violation of the regulations and will result in the loss of all priority points that would have been accrued by the exhibiting company for the ADLM 2024 Clinical Lab Expo.

Please note that exhibitors will be allowed to reserve room blocks equal to their final peak night pick-up in 2023 plus 10%. If the number of rooms requested is substantially higher than actual usage, ADLM may be unable to honor your entire request.
In order to serve all exhibitors and ADLM attendees, ADLM reserves the right to limit the number of rooms allocated (in a specific hotel) to an exhibitor if necessary. ADLM will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
SPARGO, Inc. is the only authorized housing vendor for the ADLM Clinical Lab Expo. If you are contacted by any company other than SPARGO offering housing in Chicago, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent ADLM nor do they have access to the officially contracted ADLM Clinical Lab Expo room blocks or rates in Chicago, IL.
